Based on what I know he's done so far, Del can do everything from publishing a book that you have written and ready to go, to writing it for you (with your input, of course—as far as I know, ghost writing will not be one of the services he'll be offering). He has an in-house editor, and a cover designer, as well. He'll be using Lightning Source to publish your book, which means that your book will be available for sale in many places, including independent Booksellers, Internet Retailers, Chains, Library Suppliers, and Book Clubs.
